Minimal:isst

Jakob Herrmann will cook for you in his Minimal:isst mountain hut, which belongs to the Anton Proksch Haus and is still known by many as the ‘Würstelhütte’, with two changing daily specials (one of which is vegan and gluten-free). There are also 3 to 4 different cakes every day (one of which is also vegan and gluten-free).
